How big are juvies usually?

I never had juvies until now, I only owned a high yellow male and a hypo female which were already subadults when I got them. So now I have an SHTCTB female that is barely 3 months old that is already bigger than both my adults. it is around 8.25" long and kinda chunky. My aptor female is also around 2 months old and round 7". Does that mean they are giants? My SHTCTB is from a hot gecko shtct x shtct but I dunno if there is a giant gene from her line, but the aptor is from a Giant aptor het raptor x raptor.
