Do you mean as hatchlings or adults? I'm going to guess that you can tell the adults apart so I'll focus on the hatchlings.
First think of a 2-3 week old superhypo and a 2-3 week old normal or low quality hypo. At this age the center of the bands starts to lighten while the edges keep the dark pigment. At this age the superhypo will not have the dark edges around the bands that a normal will have.
Now translate this to an albino. The regular albino will have light brown/lavender edges to the bands while the sunglow will have solid white bands. This gets a little tougher when the animals are lightened by incubation methods..... but you get the idea. I thought I had photobucket pics of a hatchling sunglow to show the difference, but I don't....sorry.
