Picta Tails need to be fat( Not Leopard Fat but it should look decently fat and those tails look like sticks) also look at their skin you can see speckles of stuck shed.

thanks I am new to pictus' after comparing to mine I would agree with you

THe first one looks thin but the others look fine.
One thing I would definately change is the sand. They are from Madagascar and they need humidity. Eco Earth or Bed a Beast is great for these geckos.
