How do you get it ready?

Hello, I was wondering how you guys prepare for your leos eggs.

1. Have the medium mixed already warming up in the incubator

2. Mix it when you find the eggs .. then put it in the incubator? ( take time for it to warm up )

Just curious to see which way is done ..
Cause for me I have my incubator ready but empty and I normally mix the medium when I find the eggs .. normally takes a few minuets for the stuff to get warm

Well, I'm in my first season right now. I first tried it without an incubator (but with heat mat, small container, EcoEarth, then vermiculite when I actually found some, and thermostat). Each of them molded...then had the opportunity to make my own incubator. I had it all set up and ready before I found more eggs. Currently have 6 in there and all are doing well.
So from now on, incubator set up and ready, along with medium in the separate containers.
