How do you Gut Load Mealies?

I am using cricket feed in with the mealies. I bring them out once a day for about 30 mins to 1hr to let them feed and stuff. Im using Flukers Cricket feed High-Calcium. I also put calcium with D3 in there tank all the time. Then i have a ReptoLife Plus For all Reptiles Mulit-Vitamin i dust 2 times a week. Is all this ok or am i missing something. ?

i would suggest only bringing them out once a week for a period of 12 hours. when you take them out, you can place a mix of cut up veggies and fruits, such as potato, apples, carrots and such. then just remove any uneaten portion when you put them back in the fridge. next time you will know about how much they ate and can give them that amount. once they are chilled, they will hold in the stuff they ate until you warm them up again.
