how do you stop condensation?

does anyone have any useful methods? or shall i simply keep wiping it off??

LMAO no offense to anyone really, but the confusion in this thread is really making me laugh, because I don't know what "a rid" is either.. I'm not making fun of you, this is just cracking me up like crazy :main_laugh:

LOL sorry, that was more towards Matt.

I honestly don't have a problem with condensation, and we keep our containers shut with no air holes, so you'd think that we would get some.. I would wipe off any huge droplets that may be right above the eggs just to be safe.

Oh I see why I confused you more.. when I said "the confusion in this thread," I just meant the confusion about what a "rid" is, not your confusion/your question

You can just dry the condensation off the lid each time you take it off. BUT, if I do that until I have no condensation my eggs start to dent. FYI

I keep a little on the lid and I'm just careful when I take it off.

okay thanks guys, yeah its sort of a thick mist at the moment, but i dab the big droplets off... just for general knowledge.... why cant the eggs get water on them?

If its a little condensation leave it, its still keeping the eggs mosit, if its alot then you are starting out with a substrate that is too wet. GL

Its a moisture absorbing product and its called "Damp Rid". I don't know about using it however, seems to me like you would like a little moisture. Try a dryer mix if you're getting too much condensation.
