how do you tell if your lizard is healthy?I've always been wondering how to tell if my leopard gecko is healthy.so far i heard that your leopard geckos tail is fat when it is healthy.I'm not sure,and i really want my leopard gecko to be healthy.so i was wondering if i am right about having a fat tail when healthy. my leopard geckos tail is fat,so is it healthy?

Fat tail is probably easiest way. Also the fat pockets under there front arms. I noticed my male who was quite skinny, and tail hasn't fattened up yet is getting some nice fat stores under the arms. Tail is slightly bigger. Over all hunting habits, proper shedding, and proper stool shape color. Its pretty easy over all to tell a healthy from unhealthy. Unfortunately for me i had an unhealthy gecko i brought to vet. It was easy to spot. Also over all coloration sometimes when sick colors dull.
