How does the genetics of this morph work?

Dalmatian het radar apparently. I've never heard of dalmatians before.
Are they just super snow, or super snow enigma?
I saw this picture, and would very much like to know how the hell the eyes look like that. Here is the link to the original thread.

I know all the basics about Mendelian inheritance, so I'm wanting to understand what makes this morph this amazing. Thanks all.

Dalmatitian is a Mack Super Snow Enigma.
The animal Matt postet is an geckos with:
1 co-dom gen in the supperform(MSS)
1 Dominant gen (enigma)
1 rezessive gen (bell albino)
1 gen that acts rezessive (Eclipse)
1 gencombo which I still don´t understand completly (patternless stripe.

All in all a Super Snow Enigma het Radar.
Their are quite a few Dalamatitians outside so not thaaaaaaat big deal. What makes this animal awsome is that it is het for Radar and a damn big step to the SSER
