Here's my idea for a setup for two baby viper geckos (both are an inch long):
*Either my three gallon tank or a rubbermaid container
*Paper towel substrate
*Four hides for the little ones
*Something for them to crawl on or explore
*Water dish, food dish
*Mini heat-mat hooked up to a thermostat
I'm definitely considering getting a rubbermaid container instead of using the three gallon. The shoebox style rubbermaids offer a lot more length, and since the viper geckos are not arboreal, maybe that would be a better pick than the 3 gallon.
Or should I just think ahead of time and buy them their adult enclosure (a 5.5 gallon)?
Opinions?
