How fast do super grow!?

I'm looking to get some supers for my new AFT's but I'm not sure what size to get. They're pretty small and skinny but I don't know whether to get an 1" or 1/2-3/4" supers? And I don't want to buy worms that they won't be able to eat in a week. SO how fast do supers grow and which size do you suggest. Their pics are down in the AFT section.

If I was you I'd go to a pet store and buy a small quantity of superworms and see if that size works. Make sure the worm isn't as wide(and not too long either) as the space b/w the gecko's eyes and you should be fine.
