How long a time is ok between the first egg laid & the second?

I noticed at 6:45 this morning that Wilma had laid an egg. (she chose her water dish to do this in) When I witnessed this last month the second egg came out barely minutes later. This morning she appeared to be attempting to get another out but nothing happened. She was quite agitated at times, scratching, circling, then later started to "climb the walls" and did a lot of walking around her tank. After a few hours she went to her warm hide for a bit. But then started in again. She must be exhausted.
She did eat this evening, came out for a few mealies. And has settled down now.
I am concerned that this may be a bound egg? It looks to me that she had two, though the white areas weren't as pronounced as last month.
Is there a certain length of time that is ok to go in between eggs, hours, a day? Since she laid both eggs within a few minutes tme before, this worries me.
This is her third clutch since I acquired her in January. She was housed before with a male with the previous owner.
Thanks!
