How long did it take to get boaphile rack?

How long did it take before you got your boaphile racks? I know they said 3-5 weeks, and it's been at least that.

I can't answer your question but I have heard that they don't have very good customer service (I don't know if its true or not, just word of mouth)
I'm waiting on an animal plastics rack, its been about 3 weeks, but they said it could take up to 5 weeks.

I know, I have a order at the urban reptile waiting to be shipped. First I was waiting for the weather to be nice. Now I'm waiting on my rack. I called a spoke to Jeff directly, he was a nice guy.

From what I've heard they're turn around time is pretty slow. However they do have excellent quality racks when they do arrive.

I personally have not been a customer of theirs but I've gone to other rack companies such as RBI and CSerpents and have had great experiences with them.

The customer service is awful at boaphile. Never responded to any of my emails and acted like they didn't care over the phone. I then emailed animal plastics and found out that they are extremely helpful and cheaper. Both places do take a good while to get the racks to the door. I've heard of boaphile racks that take up to 3 months. A bit ridiculous if you ask me.

I waited like 8-10 weeks for my racks and cages.

Boaphile has great quality racks but they take way too long to be built, same as AP. I used to wait 10 weeks to get my racks until I found out about cserpents. They ship usually within a couple of days, not weeks and their racks are high quality that come with tubs, heat and are already assembled. Hopefully this will wake up the other manufactures of racks when they start losing business to company's that have the same product or better but you don't have to wait for it.

Ugh, yeah, it's been 5 weeks now since my AP order...I'm getting really antsy. I emailed them yesterday just to see how far along my order is and they haven't responded yet. I think I'm going to call them tomorrow to see what's up.
