How long to grow back a tail

well my female gecko lost her tail in December, I am finally seeing growth of a new tail. but i was wondering how long it takes to grow back. I have been looking on this forum for that information but couldnt find it. She is nice and healthy I was going to breed her to my male, but then she lost her tail in an unfortunate accident. Her body is in great shape so i figured it would grow preety fast. Just need an estimate when she would have a regrown tail. I figured 6 months but i could be way wrong. Thank you

well you should see some regrowth in a few days it may take a few months for it to look as normal as regrowth can look.

well it depends on how fast she is growing. but you should have seen some form of regrowth

our female lost her tail about a month ago and it is growing pretty fast! she already has a big bulge and a pointy tip with a few spots! hope that helps!!

Sorry for being off topic, but I just can't help it - in the pictures it looks like she's got two heads ! :shocked::shocked:

After Khayman had his tail amputated it took about 5 or 6 months for it to get fairly big. We started seeing a little tip after about a week and half then a little "bulb"

, then his big "ball".
