How long to lay the eggs?

I have an apparently gravid female who hasn't ever met a male. She laid 1 egg this morning in her water dish, obviously infertile. I think she has a second egg still, since her left side still has a bit more bulge than the right. How long should it take for her to lay both eggs, and when should I be concerned an infertile egg has bound in her? She is still sitting in her water bowl.

If you don't want her to lay in the water bowl, try giving her a dish of moss or coconut fiber to lay her last egg in. Leo's prefer to bury their eggs.

She has two, actually, nice little hides I built and keep moist- one moss and one perlite. She's just stubborn :)

Hmm, that's weird. Nice to know you have them though :) I wonder why she's trying to lay in the water dish then.
I was a bit confused when I saw it this morning. I suppose it's because she is a first-time layer (who may be even more confused since there's no males). I am going to be home in an hour or so, I hope she has laid a 2nd egg somewhere by then, I am hoping she's not hanging out in the water to try and get a bound egg to release/for comfort. Poor girl.

We have a couple females that seem to lay their slugs in weird places but they always lay the fertile eggs in their humidity hides. I'm not sure how they know the difference but they seem to.
