Depending on where they are laid it is possible they could hatch. Your chances aren't very likely and it is very possible the hatchling could have some kind of problem probably due to temperature changes. I would say get them out as soon as possible. I wouldn't want to wait much longer than 3 days after being laid to put them in the incubator though.
eggs are so exciting, you'll most likely want to get them out as soon as you see them! but if you have a moist hidebox on the heated side, the females almost always lay in there, and you will know then she's laid/about to lay eggs because the substrate from you moist hidebox (i.e. vermiculite) will be tossed everywhere!
We actually have seen our leos lay eggs twice now, and so we removed the eggs immediately. If you don't catch them right away, or they lay during the night, the eggs should be just fine because the hidebox will keep them from drying out...just be sure to check everyday so that no clutch is left in your enclosure for more than 24 hours
Leo eggs are pretty tough. If the medium is moist they will eventually hatch from the lay chamber if not removed. Though I remove my eggs daily, I have talked with people at shows that forgot eggs in the lay chambers that hatched to perfectly healthy babies. Remember that in the wild temps are constantly fluctuating day and night. It is not recommended that anyone try this. It is best to remove them asap from the lay chamber...
