how many mealworms to feed 3 month old leo?

How many mealworms should I feed my 3 month old leo (diet consists mainly of mealwroms with an occasional cricket)? If I leave a bowl full 24/7 she eats about 15 then regurgitates so I need to set a limit. Thank you.

my geckos eat anywhere from 5-10 mealworms a day my little albino usually eats about 5-7

I wouldn't set a limit but check your floor temps to make sure it's warm enough for good digestion. My 3 mos old girls and 7 mos old boy eat tons every day. I fill up their bowls and let them eat what they want. Or with crickets, I put it several and after a few hours remove the uneaten ones.
