how much rotation can an egg take?

I was just wondering how much the eggs can turn before killing the embryo, because yesterday i was checking my incubator and saw that two of my eggs had been turned very slightly...

i dont thing at slight turn will kill them bt u should make a slight mark on the egg next time so u can tell when they are the right side up
