Ive never understood about the quantity of calcium,d3,vits and all that goodies I should give to a leopard gecko. Can someone explain? cuz sometimes i see people putting some white powder in a bottle cap and leave it in the cage. Is that calcium?and do I have to give it vitamin D3? Im confused :(

FYI: I dont have a leopard gecko yet.Im doing countless research on them before buying any;)

There are several different ways to supplement. I'll tell you what has worked well for my gecko.
I use a supplement powder called Repashy Calcium Plus. It has calcium, D3, and other vitamins your gecko needs all in one package. This powder has worked just fine for me and takes a lot of guess work out of supplementing insects. You should dust at every feeding.
I still like to leave a small dish of plain calcium carbonate in the tank at all times. Sometimes geckos need a little extra calcium, and this allows them to eat it whenever necessary.
Hope this helps you.:)

rlly? oh ok then...srry about the noob question.I'm kinda new to this forum

There's so much on the site, it's not an easy task to find things at times ;) Pertinant info for recurring subjects is the stickies in each section. For instance, how to tell when a female is ovulating is in the breeding section.

I'm still new to this forum and finding cool stuff to to read all the time :main_robin:
