How often and how much?

It may seem like a basic question but no where has told me this so far.

He\She's currently on small\medium crickets. He\she ate 20 minutes from first being put in his viv. I gave him\her a single cricket.

Could someone point me in the right direction here?

I would probably get rid of the calci sand. It could lead to impaction especially if you feed in the viv.
