We've had the gecko for 5 days. She eats a ton of crickets (5-8 nightly). Her warm side is 88-92 and cool side is 78-80 with humidity ranging from 30-50% depending on the blue night light being on or not. she pooped the first 2 nights and none since. She's on paper towels. How often should she be pooping?

In my experience, every gecko is different when it comes to defecation. One of mine goes roughly every 2-3 days, while another on of mine goes every 5-6 days. Three days without defecating isn't serious. If you ever feel it has been too long since your gecko had a bowel movement, you could soak her in warm water for about 10 minutes and/or administer a drop of mineral oil to help lube her intestines.
