That is the smallest leopard gecko I have ever seen.. He has the markings of a juvenile to an adult.. But..

Is he healthy? Functioning? He's obviously severely deformed.

EDIT: Maybe your hands are huge? But the face looks a little deformed too. Want to give us a picture with a size reference?

with his size he looks to be about 2-3 months however like Lena said I am wondering if he is healthy? How long have you had him for?

He looks definitely less than a month. He sure is a little one. My only hatchling last year was larger than that when she hatched.

his propotions are normal, he is doing very well, and eating very well.

BUT he is now 6 months old. :main_rolleyes::main_rolleyes::main_rolleyes:

i got him from a friend, who couldn't take care of him anymore, and asked if i wanted to give it a try, because we breed loads of leos anyway.
anf i loved his pattern:D
since i got him, he grew a little bit, but not much, he looks absolutely fine, and is very actief, and is not even a spinner:D
i will try to make a good picture of the head tomorow, its a normal head:main_yes:

Ohhh wow...there is no way he should be that small, there is something not right. I have 6 month old geckos at 60 grams. Even my three 4 month old geckos are almost 50 grams.

yeah thats small for the age, maybe a dwarf?

sorry to steal your thread but....
how is everyone getting leos so big so fast???? i got godzirra and lola at 3 months of age from jmgreptiles and now i have had them for 1 1/2-2 months and they have only gained about 9-13 grams (girl is at 20g started at 11g, godzirra is 28 started at 16g). They both eat 7 mealies a day. I just changed my gutload so that might do it, but geez 4 months at 50?

Yeah, i've got the same question as cuomop....Izi is just over 4 months and we weighed her yesterday at 18....i can't believe others have leo's at the same ages and 3 times the weight! She eats anything between 4-8 mealies a day plus a waxworm every 3 or 4 days (we've tried encouraging her to eat twice a day but she just refuses), we have noticed her tail almost doubling in thickness since we got her so she's obviously putting on weight but not like some of the beasts on here! What's your secret guys?!

I have three 8 month old females that will eat 12-15+ mealies a day if I let them. I used to feed them 5-6 and they weren't gaining much weight so I started filling their bowls and they have bulked up quickly. They are about 27-30 grams now.
