How old is too old?

I want your guys opinion on how old is too old to breed a female? the reason i ask is my 8 year old female leo looks to be gravid..she has been with no males successfully. i tried to introduce a male to her and she didn't want any part of that..also she has never laid eggs that i know of..any way how old?

i have a 6 year old female... when introduced to a male, i thought she was gonna rip his head off, i had to seperate them imediately. also when geckos get this age, there ability to prodoce clutches of eggs dwindles down with every year they age .

I've had females breed well over ten years of age, but production does drop radically!
