It does not matter who you introduce to who. I personally introduce the female to the male, but male to female works fine. You will begin to notice the male constantly stalking the female. The male will bite the females tail, then work his way up to her neck. After, the male will lock tails with the female to fertilize her eggs. This is called copulation. Do not worry about the male biting the female, unless you see blood. If for some reason the male is not interested, either leave the male in or take him out and try again in a week. Do not expect eggs right away, especially if your female isn't ovulating. Usually being with a male will influence the female to ovulate. Leave the male in for a few days and then remove him or the female after that depending on who you introduced to who.

It doesn't matter what u do. They just breed anyway. What I do though is seperate the female once she has her first egg(s) so that the female can have less stress and eat in peace. She will also be under a lot less stress if you separate them.

Doesn't really matter which way but id prefer male into females enclosure so she wont be nervous or anything. As for the time i just leave em there till they mate which usually takes like a couple of minutes then i take the male out and let the female do her own thing in her enclosure.
