How to "Eat a Pinky"! (link to pictures inside)

So i fed my 3 girls each a pinky a few days ago, to get them all fattened up. I only thought to myslef on the third one that i should take some pictures. Would feeding a pinky every month or so during the winter season benefit the conditioning of breeders leading up to the spring? Pinkys are obviously loaded with protein, so I'd assume so. The fat content may be an issue though? Hell, I've got 50 frozen pinkys in my freezer for my chondro!
