My gecko won't eat if the mealworms are coated with a supplement (he will eat when they aren't!). I am worried about him getting MBD by doing this and I need some tips to get him eating with the supplement on his food. Please help!

I dust my insects with Repashy Calcium Plus. Just don't give your leo anything that ISN'T dusted and he will eat when he gets hungry enough. By giving in and giving him non-dusted food, he knows that all he has to do is refuse the dusted food and you'll give in. DON'T GIVE IN! He WILL eat when he gets hungry and realizes that he isn't going to get anything else, so he might as well eat it.

As others said, you can try a different brand. I'm on a dusting schedule (Sun: Multivitamin, Mon-Fri: Calcium without D3, Sat: Calcium with D3) and mine will just lick the feeders when the time for a different supplement rolls around. But he's eating by the time I go to bed.
Edit: You can put a little of the supplement in the bowl you keep the mealies in.

I use Vionate vitamin powder and Osteo Form SA for my calcium. For your $$ you get a whole lot more than any other supplement I have found.

It says it is made for birds. Is that okay?
.....That must be why my leopard geckos feathers look so good. (Kidding)
Its for just about every animal under the sun. It is what Mr. Tremper uses it along with some other breeders. I have used it for about 2 1/2 years and I think its great.

try dusting and then cutting the butt off of a cricket or mealie and let him taste it. usually when mine tastes the guts they will just gobble it up.
