Double Het for Albino and Blizzard, Blizzard 100% Het Albino, and Albino 100% Het Blizzard.

From scratch:
1. Blizzard x Albino --> save juveniles and let them grow up.
2. Three/four females out of crossing 1. x one male out of crossing 1.
3. There should be at least one BB come out of the second step. In theory the change is 1/16 to get an double homozygous animal, but in practice most of the times these odds are lower...
Many people will starting to talk about inbreeding, but if you find a Blizzard and the Albino you begin with that are unrelated, you shouldn't get in any trouble. Just be sure when you get more than one BB out of this project to bread those with ANOTHER BB ("fresh blood"), to prevend inbreeding (shouldn't be a problem either, but why take the chance?).

doing it from scratch realistically has VERY POOR chances of actually making BB's despite the somewhat decent odds.
