How to get a crocodilian license/permit?

I live in Florida and I've always wanted to own a crocodilian, like an alligator. I've been trying to find out how to get a license/permit to own one. Does anyone here have one or knows a website or a place where i can apply for one? Any additional info. would be really appreciated.

Oh. Lol. I forgot to check that website. I have a question, Class 3 license/permit says that I can own any animal except the ones listed in Class 1 or 2. Neither class 1 or 2 says anything about an American Alligator. Now American Alligators are under species of special concern. Now what I cant figure out is if with a Class 3 license/permit I can be able to own an American Alligator as a pet. Also, the class 3 license/permit I'm talking about is the Class 3, No-cost Personal Pet Permit.

They are listed as species of special concern here under section K, number 14.

Since they are in the same section as Gopher torts, there should be special permits you would need to legally own one.

Tofuman: Last I checked you couldn't keep Crocodilians in California, at all. I may be completely off but there is a reason why you never see them at Reptile Shows and why most breeders won't ship them here.

If you have a special permit you can keep them. But I've herd their really hard to get
