how to get humidity higher???

I have two eggs in the incubator, and the humidity wont go past 50 %. How can I get it to get to 90%?? I am having a really hard time with this. I have tried three different fish tank heaters, and none are making it go hot enough.. The water temp is 85 degrees F. what am I doing wrong here??!!!??

More heating may not help to increase the relative humidity; I think it may even decrease it. Maybe you need to cover your tank to keep the moisture from escaping.

How exactly is everything set up? Usually you just moist some kind of incubation medium (like perlite) with 80% water and it releases the perfect humidity
