How to ship via UPS?

How do you start shipping. Like who do you call first and then who do you send the Test box to and do you include any forms with the box or how do you get forms and what do you have to do every time you ship. I want to just drop them off at a UPS store and would I have to show them any thing every time?

There is no protocol as far as I know with shipping animals via UPS. There are restrictions to what you can ship though:

I actually called UPS last week. I talked to a person who helped me open up an account. They told me they were going to send me a package with more info. I just received it today. It basically contains how-to material along with some forms that I can fill out whenever I want to ship. All I need are some insulated boxes and I'm all set to ship!
