how to tell the diference

i bed a raptor to a raptor i was just wondering how do you tell the diffference btwen the aptor and rapto besides the eye

the eye is the only thing that is different.RAPTOR stands for R.uby eyed, A.lbino...

what if the raptor has snake eyes how would you tell that from a raptor

RAPTORs can be snake-eyed or ruby eyed... As long as the animal expresses the Tremper Albino and Eclipse traits thats all that matters.

No offense, but I think you need to research genetics before you breed geckos again.
An APTOR is Albino Patternless Tremper Orange
RAPTOR is a Red-eyed APTOR (meaning solid red, snake eye, or some sort of solid red pigment in the eye)
Ron Tremper has a really good leopard gecko book with a good genetics section.

i did research but it didnt say anything about that question i was curious most people just ssay red eyes but then im like what about snack eyed raptors thats all

But I should also note, Snake-Eyes can be black or red, even in Albinos...

Are you sure the eye isn't just dark red due to low inc temp? I'm sure you already know but, albinos don't express black pigment. Would be cool though if it's eye is for sure black.

Sorry it was late at night, what I meant to say was the eyes can APPEAR black, but it is truly dark maroon/red.

I agree and they look the same in person

But... like others have said its a true albino so it cannot express any true black pigment.
