How you think he's doing?

This is my male Murphy Patternless leopard gecko. His name is Vincent and I was just wondering about how you guys think he is doing. I have had him only 4 or 5 weeks. The first pic is him now I believe the second one is how he looked in the box from +++++, or vice versa. XD
