old would you sell a baby beardie????

today we saw one for 100 bucks and i went to see it so cute but it was SUPER tiny, it looked like it was just hatched. It was maybe 3 inches or so. Very small. Mine lil girl is two months and was lilke 3 times her size. i jsut think that is way to small to be selling, but i dont know as i am new to these lil guys

I have seen a trend of babies getting smaller and smaller because of breeders trying to unload them to make a buck. Beardies are expensive to feed, imagine all those mouths needing 50+ crickets a day a piece! So alot of breeders now a days are trying to sell them younger so less money is invested into them that they wont get bac. Not actually best buisness pratice IMO. When I used to breed I would sell them no younger then 8 weeks old, this is an established age, past the really delicate stage in their life.
