Humid Hide substrate??

Would it be possible and safe to use a bath towel as the substrate in my hide? I was thinking it wouldn't probably be a little more comfortable then paper towels and would hold water longer, Plus easy to clean and re-use.

What you guys think?

I wouldn't. Their nails can get caught in the fabric. This is why i dont use reptile carpet either

Oh Yes, I didn't even think about that. Surely, I don't wanna hurt my geckos. I was just trying to find an alternative. But Thanks!!

No problem . withmy older geckos I use coco fiber. Dosnt dry out near as fast as paper towels

I like the coco fiber, It would be better if I just got the bag thats already broken up. I don't like the whole breaking down the brick process. and the fiber can make a mess.
