humid hides

i dont really have one, i spray him when i know hes shedding, hes 75 grams, ive had him for a while, is it important that i have one? any home remedies out there? hes a patternless rainwater.

yes, he needs a moist hide. use a ziploc container with a hole cut in the lid. fill about halfway with moist orchid moss. mist every 3 days or so and keep on the cool side of your enclosure.

oh, i buy mine at lowes or home depot. they sell it at pet stores as sphagnum moss, but its exactly the same stuff. a brick at lowes will cost you around 3 dollars. same brick at a pet store will cost you a lot more

I don't use a humid hide but when I do see my leo shedding I will turn the cool mist humidifier on that I use for my crested and it will get the job done! A humid hide would be much easier and that's what you should do :)

i might have a rainwater female available, but PM me for what you are looking for. most of my rainwaters are from bryan jetts bloodlines
