+1. For my lay boxes I have part of it on the hot spot and part off. That way the females can lay their eggs in whatever temperature they want. And it doubles as a moist hide, with a lot of condensation on one side for hydration
My humid hides are basically just big enough for the geckos to fit in to. For hatchlings/babies, I use a small plastic container with a hinged lid that snaps on and off. I set a moist paper towel on that on the inside. For Juveniles to Adults I use a rectangle Ziploc container. Not sure what size it is though. And females that are breeding, I use the next size up of the rectangular Ziploc containers.
