I hope all of those who are in the way of the storm get out safe. I am on the west side of it (south east texas), but I think we are only supposed to have tropical storm weather. I hope everyone (and their geckos) are ok. Best wishes to you all. I hope we don't lose electricity here because I have some eggs in the incubator, and I don't have a generator. I might still head up to Dallas. I'm not 100% sure yet.

That's a nasty storm and it's being projected to go at New Orleans. I really hope it skips them because I don't think I can handle seeing all that destruction again.

I agree I hope that those poor people in New Orleans are spared. They have suffered more then their fair share of heartach. I saw on Tv that one poor family are just about to complete their new home and they are having to evacuate all over again. I pray the storm blows itself out and everyone is safe.
