Visual there the same, Genetically there differant giveing differant percentage of hypo offspring, However the Super in hypo is a polygenic trait this can make them visually differant, but that's nothing to do with the [1C] or [2C] side of things. So a Hypo can be [1C] or [2C], Also a Super hypo can be [1C] or [2C].

Some people think that Super Hypo is a 2 copy Hypo. As Gazz said Super Hypo is linebred so it can be 1 or 2 copy's of Hypo. Million Dollar Geckos morph calculator assumes that all Super Hypos are 2 copies but technically that's not always correct. So when doing a SHTCT x SHTCT some people think that you will get all SHTCT's but it depends on how many copies the Hypo has.
