I am so pissed off right now - need to vent

I bought 2 female ball pythons online.
They arrived today LOOSE in the box, ice cold, ticked off, and curled around an ice pack.
Fed Ex did a drop and run because the seller didn't specify a signature was required.
Now I probe AND pop them and guess what? Both males.
I am ripped.
He better make good on this deal.
Last time I go against my better judgement and give someone a chance who had a shaky history.
This has been the WORST shipping, delivery, and purchase experience in a long time (and I have had a few fiascos with bad sellers).

Right now I am just venting but if he doesn't make it right, I will go to the BOI with it.

No. These came from Florida. Something about Florida and buying BP's doesn't go well with me. Everytime I have bought a BP from someone in that state, it goes wrong.
I talked to him on the phone before the purchase and expressed my concerns about him but he was able to provide references so I decided to give him a chance.
I heard back from him tonight. He will make good on the deal but unfortunately already spent the money I sent him for these so I need to wait a bit for the reimbursement. After I get that, I am shipping them back at his expense.
