But I noticed on some peoples websites when I look at what they have available some of the female leopard geckos will just say its a female while others say incubated female? Im really new to leopard geckos and would love to know what this means? I heard you can put the incubater at a certain degree and all the eggs turn female but im not sure about that. And even so whats the diffrence?

Yes, it means the egg was incubated at a temperature known to primarily produce females, but that the animal is not developed enough for the breeder to make a visual confirmation of the animal's sex, so you buy with the chance of it possibly being a male.

Closer to 90F yields mostly males. Closer to 80F yields mostly females. The closer the drift to the average of that range, the greater your chance of an anything goes or mixed result. There's probably a better threshold, but conventional equipment has limitations and I'm not applying the expense or time to tease that out when the general information is generally sufficient.
