i have a big problem

so my male has decided not to eat alot during the breeding season he always wants to mate and my female wont let him and she is getting thinner to and not eating as much should i stop after this clutch is laid and seperate them? and bulk them back up or is there other problems

You should separate them right now. If the female is refusing him it can be very stressful for the male. The female will retain sperm from the breeding(s) she allowed, and fertilize her eggs as she produces them...they do not need to continuously breed in order for her to produce fertile eggs.
