I wanted to get some eggs this year and i was wondering how you know when she is ready! I have yet to see any interest in mating.

My male has no interest in lovin neither does she.

Is it like a "Heat" thing like cats and dogs or something else.

Im afraid to introduce her to Titan he out weighs her by 30 grams, and i belive he is a giant.

(F) Ella weighs 60 grams
(M) Godzilla weighs 62 grams
(M) Titan weighs 90 grams

Ella bred for us the season before you got us from her so she will be receptive when she's ready..

What you'll want to look for is her to be ovulating.. That will let you know that she's began her season. However, we've found that our females are most receptive just before they start ovulating. About a week or so. There are some pics out there and maybe on a few other's websites that show the underside of their bellies and what to look for.

Are any of the males that are near her rattling their tales? that will let you know that she's letting off phermones to signal mating..

Well a month and a half after i got her i placed her with godzilla and he did show the tell tail "tail rattle" but never mounted her, she basically brushed him off. After that i never saw it again.

They do sleep next to each other but thats about it. I see no aggression, no biting, no food hogging. They both have good weight gain.

I have looked at her belly and see no eggs, just that vein that looks like a Y.

My other question is can a female gecko mate with 2 different males? Kinda like cats do and have offspring in the same batch from 2 different fathers.

I introduced Titan to her and it looked like there was going to be a brawl so i quickly seperated them.

When did Ella ovulate for you? What month?
