I need some guidance

I just got my first gargoyle, and am really a little lost where to begin. He is a baby, very small. I have him in a ten gallon tank on paper towel for now.when he is big enough to be on a substrate bottom I will put him in a larger tank. I have a heat pad on the side and a light with a normal household bulb, I know that they typically are fine at the temp of the house but I keep my house in the low 60s. I have only had him for a couple days and I just need o know if there is any advice y'all can give me.. He shows no interest in the CGD I have for him is there anything I can try or is this just part of the acclimation period and how long can he forego eating unit I worry

I don't know much about Gargoyles but I know they need to climb and they enjoy having some cover (like leaves and plants to hide in). He may not eat if he is insecure and has no where to climb. Here's a great care sheet I found:

How long have you had him? Often it takes a few days for them to adjust. Also mind the size of his stomach. It doesn't take much CGD to fill up. You may not even notice that he has eaten

One thing that I do with my Cresteds when I first get them is have the cage set up entirely beforehand(we all know that) but it lets them get used to their surroundings for a bit. Most of mine when they were babies didn't take to cgd at first either so I supplemented the CGD with Crickets. I feed Crickets about 3 times a week and CGD the rest of the week. When I feed crickets I have a separate like 2 gallon pet cage that I put them in with the crickets so they don't get substrate in their bellies as well. Seems to work pretty good. It's a blast watching them chase stuff around.
