I think my girl is carrying eggs, is there anything I should do?

I think my girl is pregnant,tho I'm alittle unsure. She does seem to be getting a little plump and I think I see some eggs in there but I'm not to sure. Anyways is there anything I should do just incase she it?

do you have a male in with her? if not, just let her lay them and then you can remove the eggs and toss them. If there is a male with her (or has been in the last year), the egg may be fertile. you then need to decide if you want to try to incubate it and hatch it (which im assuming you do since you are asking). If this is the case, you will need an incubator (i suggest the hovabator), a nice accurate thermometer, some small cheap gladware (1 pint) containers, and some incubating medium (vermiculite, perlite, etc.). read up here on how to incubate the eggs properly, and then its just a waiting game. be sure this is what you want to do though. do takeinto account the cost of new babies, and the fact that females can up to 20 eggs, or more, in a season.
