I want to build an incubator

So I want to build an incubator but I dont want to build of those ghetto style incubator.

I want a wood frame etc... Im looking for plans and came across this website:

They offer plans to build reptile enclosures. But what interest me is their 27$ value bonus guide on how to build 7 different incubator. But I dont want to shed the 28$ they ask for all the other plans.

Anyone ever seen those plans ?

Any website with a tutorial or guide on how to build a great incubator ?

I pretty much have the idea, but tips would be nice.

Well what do you consider a "ghetto" incubator?
