I want to start a rack

Hello everyone its been a while since I have been here but I wanted to ask about making a rack for my dear little leos. I asked on another site but never got a answer. I was wondering can I use one of those premade drawer carts that you find at walmart or target? Then just put flexwatt in between of the drawers with a thermostat would that be ok? I know they need at least a 16qt I just wanted to see if I could use the drawers instead of building one
