I'd like to fatten my geckos up a bit.

I dunno the best method for fattening other than proply gutloaded food.

waxworms and silkworms I guess, but you might wanna try feeding the food items you are already feeding more fatty foods. But don't do it very often because you don't want them to be too fat or they can become unhealthy.

I would say pinkies, waxworms and butterworms for fattening a gecko. I have heard that they can make a gecko obese though to what extent I dont know

You have to be careful about feeding pinkies. They can be hard to digest and you can't feed them unless the leo is over 50 grams.

My best suggestion would be to give them a couple waxworms and watch their growth from there

Fat geckos are not necessarily healthy, I would not fatten them up too much if I were you.
