ID on two leopard geckos

First one is female, second is the male. Was told the female May be possible hypo.

He definitely looks like a Tremper. However, even though he appears to be one that doesn't mean that he doesn't have hidden hets in his background. If you plan to breed, unless you spend several years "proving" his genetics out anything he produces should be sold pet quality.
