Matt and I have newly discovered the convenience of mealworms! However, 1 out of our 4 leos has decided he won't touch them. We've been trying to convince him to eat them for a couple weeks now. Somewhere on this forum, we've read a few threads about not giving a gecko food for a little while until they get hungry enough to eat what you offer them. Well, we've tried that with no success so far. The most he's done is lick them and then walk away. He willing comes out and licks up calcium from the dish i put in there, I've seen him do it a few times when i refill it, so at least he's getting a little something. He hasn't really showed much weight loss until the past few days (I can't weigh him currently because the scale is at Matt's for the time being, though he was 29 grams before he started his little fast).

So, my question is, how long should i wait before giving in and feeding him crickets once more? I highly doubt he is in any danger just yet, though he has been losing some weight and still not giving in. Also, if you can think of any other tactics I can try to convince him to eat the mealies I would really appreciate it :)

Thanks in advance!!!
