Identify this frog! (if you can!)

well to make a long story short, my friend calls me and spazzes out about seeing this frog out on his porch because he says hes never seen anything like it. Hes in the west coast of florida if that helps and i know its a bad pic but try to bear with me

It's kind of hard to tell, but it looks like a Cuban Tree Frog to me.

yea got the same response on a diff forums. thanks, its a very nice looking frog though if only i could keep it
