Sitting at home thinking and realized my SS female is het albino at least i think so. Have a male SS here that is a possible het albino. If they breed does that mean I'm going to get 100% SS albinos or will i still come out with some SSes?

You would get 100% supersnows but you will have to see if they are in fact both 100% het for albino(tremper,bell,las vegas/rainwater).If they are not het for albino then you will just get supersnows non het for anything.

If they are het albino AND you hit on the odds would you get a SS with red eyes?

Yeah, you should get 25% SSA, assuming that they are in fact both het for the same strain of albino.
